This post will demonstrate how to install and disassemble Yanhua Module 38 BDC2-ICP Interface Board for the BMW G chassis BDC2 module.
Part 1: Install Yanhua BDC2-ICP Interface Board
Step 1: Unlock the Interface Board
Push the lock switch on the Yanhua ACDP Module 38 interface board to the “Unlock” position.
Step 2: Locate the Installation Area
Refer to the alignment columns on the interface board.
Identify the corresponding positioning area on the BDC2 module.
Step 3: Align and Position
Align the location columns of the interface board with the positioning holes on the BDC2 module.
Step 4: Secure the Interface Board
Gently press the interface board downward into position.
Slide the PCB lock buckle toward the “Lock” position to fully secure the board.
Part 2: Disassemble Yanhua BDC2-ICP Interface Board
Step 1: Unlock the Board
Slide the PCB lock buckle to the “Unlock” position.
Release the locking latch at the starting edge of the interface board.
Step 2: Remove the Interface Board
Place your fingers on the CON area.
Apply even upward force to lift and remove the interface board safely.
