How to use Yanhua ACDP2 and Module 41 to correct mileage for Toyota R7F701441 encrypted chip cluster?
It can be done via OBD or CAN method. It’s recommended to first attempt the procedure via OBD. If unsuccessful, switch to CAN mode (bench).
Step-by-Step Procedure:
Step 1: Connect device
Connect ACDP or ACDP2 device to the vehicle’s OBD port.
Step 2: Select Toyota ODO model
Run ACDP APP
Make sure ACDP device is bound to APP
Navigate to:
Module→ Toyota ODO→ OBD/CAN Reset Mileage→ R7F701441 ODO
Step 3: Identify info
Click “Identify info”
Identify cluster information and read the original mileage value (e.g. 75000km) automatically
Save the original mileage data
Step 4: Reset KM Data
Click “Reset KM Data”
Ensure the ignition is on and the cluster is powered.
Confirm mileage data again.
If it enters programming mode error, remove the OBD and try the bench plug-in (CAN) method.

4.Select “Reset KM Data” again and verify the current mileage.
5.Save the original ODO data and remember the file’s path, date, and time. The file name should end with “Orig.bin”
6.Enter the new mileage value desired (e.g. 65889km) and write the data.
Reset mileage finish and back up the file
Step 5: Verify New Mileage
Click “identify Info” again to check if the mileage is the same as modified.
