This guide demonstrates how to duplicate Jaguar/Land Rover (2011–2019) key via OBD using Yanhua Mini ACDP/ACDP2 with Module 9.
Step-by-step guide:
1.Connect to the Car
Connect Mini ACDP with vehicle via OBD
- If you use ACDP-1, an extra double CAN adapter is required for OBD connection
- If you use ACDP-2, it includes integrated functionality, and no adapter is needed.
2.Select Right Option
Run Mini ACDP APP
Select:
Jaguar/Land Rover → OBD Duplicate Key / All-Key-Lost (2011–2019) → Program Key (ADD Key)
3.Confirm Vehicle Info
Check the details shown and tap Continue.
4.Use an Existing Key
Connect the BAV-key adapter to ACDP.
Place a working, unlocked key correctly on the adapter.
Tap Continue.
5.Check Key Info
Review the key information and press Continue.
6.Select Key Channel
Choose a used key channel that has a key ID.
7.Use a Special Key
Connect the BAV-key adapter again.
Place the special key (that can change ID) correctly on the adapter.
Tap Continue.
8.Confirm Key Info Again
Check the key details and press Continue.
9.Programming…
The tool will now program the key and write system data.
Done!
The key for Jaguar/Land Rover has been added by Yanhua Mini ACDP2 with module 9.
If the car alarm is on, press the unlock button on the key.
Tap OK to save a backup file.
Your new key is now ready to use!
Note:
For JLR (2018+ JPLA) smart key programming, please choose Yanhua Module 24.
