Yanhua ACDP/ACDP2 with Module 10 can add key and do all keys lost to Porsche 2010-2018 by ICP mode. Follow this guide to operate easily.
Preparation:
- Porsche BCM module (remove module from the vehicle, it’s under steering wheel)
- ACDP/ACDP2 host
- OBP+ICP Adapter (ACDP-2 does not need)
- BAV-Key Adapter
- Yanhua Module 10 BCM Interface Board
- Blank key
Connection:
Pay attention to the BCM module test point and positioning hole position area
Install the copper pillar
- The short copper pillar is under the bottom and the long copper pillar is on the top.
Align D1-D4 test points
- Aim the D1, D2, D3 and D4 positioning pin of the BCM interface board to the positions of D1, D2, D3 and D4 positioning hole on the BCM module
- Lock the board with copper pillar
There are two packages of crystal oscillator: Ceramic packaged and metal packaged.
- EXT is short-circuited for ceramic packaged crystal oscillator.
- EXST2: short-circuited for metal.
Connect OBP+ICP Adapter and Yanhua Module 10 BCM interface board.
Then connect Mini ACDP host and power up
ACDP Software Operation Guide:
Navigate to
Porsche-> New Porsche add key/all lost-> ICP IMMO-> Select corresponding mask (e.g.MC9S12XEP100 (Mask 5M48H))-> Add key (auto mode)
Follow the on-screen prompt to operate
Identify the chip information, and confirm whether the selected model is the same as the actual model
Back up PFlash, EEPROM and DFLASH data
Keep ACDP2 device powered on. Disconnect OBP+ICP adapter and the ACDP device.
(Keep the OBP-ICP adapter, BCM interface board, and BCM module connected.)
Connect ACDP device to BAV-KEY adapter and insert the key correctly into BAV-KEY adapter
Select a free key number to add a key (e.g. key2)
Back up the key DFlash data
Disconnect Yanhua ACDP and BAV-KEY adapter, and connect to OBP+ICP adapter, BCM interface board and BCM module
Check the crystal oscillator package of BCM module
Make sure the IMMO information is correct, the key2 is programmed now
That’s the whole process to add key/all keys lost to new Porsche using Yanhua Mini ACDP2 with Module 10.
