Did you encounter the issue “The number of device calculations has reached the limit” when using Yanhua ACDP Module?
If yes, the reason is that some models impose a daily limit on the number of server connections or calculations they can perform. If this limit is exceeded, the error message will appear on the screen.
Specifically, Module 16, Module 26, Module 27, and Module 30 are each restricted to a maximum of six operations per day. These modules require an online server connection to function.
- Yanhua Module 16 is designed for cloning and reflashing Mercedes-Benz 722.8 and 722.9 gearboxes.
- Yanhua Module 26 handles cloning for Ford Renault DPS6 gearboxes
- Yanhua Module 27 performs ISN reading, writing, and cloning for BMW MSV80, MSD8X, and MSV90 DMEs.
- Yanhua Module 30 is used for mileage correction on Continental DQ500 OBH gearboxes.
Some other ACDP modules allow for a significantly higher daily limit of 100 connections.
The solution:
Once a restricted module reaches its six-calculation maximum, the user must wait until the next day to resume work or contact a Yanhua engineer to have the calculation performed manually.
