One customer gave feedback that he already bricked 1pc FEM module for testing using ACDP2 with Module 2, and tested 10pcs eeprom clips, but all appeared “Poor contact”.
ACDP2.EU engineer offered the solution below:
1.Connection:
Ensure all connections strictly match the official wiring diagram.
2.Power:
Yanhua ACDP2 host must be connected to a 12V power supply.
Warning: Connecting a separate power cord is dangerous and will cause damage.
3.Troubleshooting Step:
Remove any extra power cables (black power cable) and then run the “OBD detect FEM/BDC” utility to check if the system info reads correctly.
User feedback:
After following these steps and using a Type C cable between Mini ACDP2 and the phone, the system is now operational.
