How to Solve Yanhua ACDP2 Decryption Chip Failed?

Customer problem:

I used Yanhua ACDP2 to read a cluster. When I selected “ICP+OBD ODO (R7F701404, R7F701406)” option, it could read chip info and showed good contact, but I got the error message “Decryption chip failed, please try again!”
