How to Solve Yanhua ACDP BMW CAS3/CAS4 Poor Pin Contact?

Problem:

During BMW CAS3/CAS4 data reading via ICP using Yanhua ACDP/ACDP2, pin detection may indicate unreliable contact, as shown below:

 

Solution:

1.Refer to the help guide in Mini ACDP APP to locate the test points with poor contact.

2.Remove Yanhua ACDP Module 1 BMW CAS Interface Board and gently clean the test points using conformal coating cleaning probes.

3.When cleaning a test point, align the cleaning probe and rotate it 1–2 turns. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage.

4.Reconnect ACDP BMW CAS Interface Board and repeat pin detection and data reading.
